How long until my order arrives?
Each choker is made to order, which takes 3–5 business days. After that, standard shipping takes 1–2 weeks and express delivery (DHL or FedEx) takes 5–7 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, if your choker is already in production, we refund 50% of the item’s cost to cover materials and work.
What is your return policy?
We replace or refund the item if you receive the wrong item, the wrong color or a defective piece. Because this is a made-to-order accessory worn on the body, we can’t accept returns for fit or hygiene reasons, so please check the size chart or message us first.
How do I care for it?
Wipe the leather with a soft cloth and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the lacing dry.
How should I wear it safely?
Wear it comfortably: you should be able to breathe, swallow and turn your head freely, so never pull the lacing tight. For adult use only. This is a fashion accessory and is not intended for restraint. Check the leather, eyelets and cord for wear before each use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
