How long until my order arrives?
Each belt is made to order, which takes 3–5 business days. After that, standard shipping takes 1–2 weeks and express delivery (DHL or FedEx) takes 5–7 business days.
Can I choose a different hardware color?
Yes. Select gold or dark nickel hardware in the options above the Add to cart button. Want a different leather color? Message us and we’ll tell you what we can make.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, if your belt is already in production, we refund 50% of the item’s cost to cover materials and work.
What is your return policy?
We replace or refund the item if you receive the wrong item, the wrong color or a defective piece. Because this is a made-to-order accessory worn on the body, we can’t accept returns for fit or hygiene reasons, so please check the size chart or message us first.
How do I care for it?
Wipe the leather with a soft cloth and store the belt flat or loosely rolled in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
How should I wear it safely?
This is a fashion accessory. Check the straps, buckles, rings and rivets for wear before each use. Store away from direct heat and moisture.
